The Worthington is one of the Columbine Health Systems Independent Senior Living Facilities located at 800 Worthington Circle in Fort Collins. This 3-story apartment complex consists of approximately 102,000 sq ft. and is receiving an exterior renovation of all 94 balconies.

This job consists of removing aluminum siding and putting stucco at deck areas and redoing all decks floors ceiling and walls on the balconies.  Overlaying all concrete decks.  It also consists of painting the entire building.
