Highland Park apartments is a mixed-used project in Denver currently under construction by Drahota. This urban infill development includes a four-story, mixed-use building with 126 rental units: 115 one-and two-bedroom units and 11 efficiency units, all anchored by CorePower Yoga's headquarters. The project includes HUD apartments, two yoga studios, an underground parking garage and demolition of existing buildings with a goal of LEED Platinum.
