The Park Hill Apartment development at 4000 Albion Street in Denver will include seven three-story buildings with 24 units each, a large clubhouse with a fitness center, pool and great room. The project is located on the northwest corner of the Park Hill Golf Course and will offer one- and two-bedroom market rate rental units with views of downtown and the golf course. The development is situated in close proximity to the planned light rail stop on Colorado Blvd along the Union Station to DIA line. The development is currently under construction and expected to be completed July 2014. Drahota has broken ground on the $11 million Columbine Commons project in Windsor, Colorado. The 62,000 square-foot healthcare development by Columbine Health Systems includes a 30-bed, one-story skilled nursing wing combined with a 60 room, two-story assisted living wing. The project is expected to be completed December 2013. This is the ninth project Drahota has completed for Columbine Heath Systems.

This development will include 272 luxury units located on approximately 6.5 acres with a clubhouse/leasing office, pool and underground parking. The completed complex will have four apartment buildings with 68 units per building. Each building with include four stories of residential over one level of parking with post tensioned podium.
