Drahota has worked on several nationwide projects with Healthsouth, including this 12,000 square foot surgery center with three operating rooms located in Ukiah, CA. Ukiah, a small historical community, is home to the only living Sequoia Tree in the nation. This tree happened to be located on the construction site. Being the tallest tree in the town, contractors were easily directed to the site using the tree as a landmark.

Located in the heart of wine country, the surgery center was built on a vacant lot in the middle of a heavily residential part of town. Therefore, special accommodations were met to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the community.
