The Timbers includes 22 eight-unit buildings built in three phases. All of these beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom for sale units, range from 1,200 square foot to 1,340 square foot and are designed in the Colorado Craftsman style. Other architectural elements include fireplaces, mantels, hearths, arch doorways, tile flooring in the bathrooms, and wood flooring in the kitchen, 1-car detached garages and other amenities. The construction of the project included concrete foundations with post-tension slabs, wood load bearing walls with synthetic stone veneer and Hardi-plank siding.
