This project was a part of a historical renovation in the downtown area of Fort Collins, Colorado. It is believed that the original construction took place around 1925. Drahota’s project team worked in 1999 to satisfy all new code requirements required of historical renovations and standard renovation projects to complete the high-end office project. Because these offices were located on the second floor of the building, many precautions were necessary to ensure that the retail tenants on the main level remained safe and that their businesses stayed open. Custom millwork, stained glass elements, skylights and other exquisite details are notable features throughout the offices.
