Skyline Center for Health is a $17 million, 80,000 square foot medical building constructed by Drahota Inc. and designed by Vaught Frye Architects and Boulder Associates. The center offers a surgery and imaging facility situated at the corner of Highway 34 and Denver Street in Loveland. This project was a joint venture of existing local medical providers in the area including: Mckee Medical Center, Big Thompson Medical Group, Orthopedic Center of the Rockies, Loveland Surgical Associates and Loveland Radiology Consultants. Drahota Inc., Everitt Commercial Partners, design professionals and other key consultants provided full design/build services for this two-story project completed in December of 2004. Some specific construction and design details included an exterior curved glass curtain wall with a brick and stone façade. For Drahota this is a great way to celebrate over 30 years of success in the construction industry. According to Drahota’s Chief Operations Officer, Jeff Jensen, “This project was a great opportunity for us to be able to meet the local community’s medical care needs in addition to satisfying the various stakeholders’ expectations. That is what our business is all about.”
