Trailhead Lodge is a centerpiece of the 47-acre Wildhorse Meadows residential resort community located in Steamboat Springs. Construction included a 180,000 SF condo hotel consisting of a fitness club, underground parking and 86 units of condominiums. Site work included grading, excavation and backfill, utilities, concrete paving, asphalt paving, landscaping and irrigation. The building includes two underground parking levels, a first-floor fitness club and lobby area and four additional floors of condominium units.

Worldmark by Trendwest

Worldmark by Trendwest in Estes Park is a timeshare resort/hotel. The project was a redevelopment of an existing site located along the Big Thompson River. Phase I of the project consisted of the construction of 12 buildings that serve as part of the timeshare facility. Phase II consists of 5 new buildings, a swimming pool, two spas, and a 2,500 SF club house. A total of 130 units, four presidential suites and the reconstruction of an old bridge were completed as part of the project.

The Village

The Village consists of (4) three-story residential buildings, each totaling 50,000 SF with a total of 142 condo units. The project provides underground parking for each building, an outdoor pool and barbeque area, two outdoor spas and one enclosed spa, a sport court, and laundry/maintenance building.
