Drahota had the opportunity to construct this world class country club with a high-profile developer out of California. The project advanced on a tight schedule that the team met head-on. Drahota worked diligently to ensure the necessary fine project details and finishes were top-quality.
Housing the HVAC units inside the roof structure was important. Therefore, a special design element was selected to ensure that the character of the façade was maintained. Although this was not a standard process for construction, it was important to maintain the look and feel of this high end project and to meet the owner’s expectations. This also provided the club’s users a true ambiance of pleasure and comfort.
