Prana Apartments are a HUD financed multifamily project. The site, on South Public Road in Lafayette Colorado, is one mile north of Northwest Parkway and adjacent to the Good Samaritan Hospital on US 287.

The apartments include one, two, and three bedroom units with associated detached garages.  The project also includes a 6,000sf clubhouse with a 2,000sf fitness center, and a seven-lane junior olympic swimming pool and spa.
