Palmer Plaza began with tight schedule requirements. More than eight different tenant leases were signed and move-in dates had been specified. Construction began in order to meet the tenant contract deadlines. Drahota successfully accomplished this task. The plaza, one of the first of its kind in Fort Collins, challenged the crew with several high-level finishes to be implemented on a stringent time schedule and tight budget.
