Construction began in the fall of 2006 for a medical office building located on Harney Street and Television Road in Laramie, Wyoming. Owned by a consortium of Laramie physicians (LPWC Holdings, LLC), the 28,530 SF medical office building will accommodate space for the following: women and children's care; specimen collection; general surgery offices; family practice and a urology facility. The two-story building will be completed in the fall of 2007.
