Phase 1 of this affordable housing project in Steamboat consists of (2) three-story multifamily residential buildings, plus basement level storage, and sitework to accommodate two future buildings. Building C is approximately 23,745 SF and Building D is 32,900 SF, including the basement level for both buildings. A total of 50 multifamily residential units are included in Phase 1.

Prana Apartments

Prana Apartments are a HUD-financed multifamily project. The site of this affordable housing project is located on South Public Road in Lafayette, one mile north of Northwest Parkway and adjacent to the Good Samaritan Hospital on US 287. The apartments include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with associated detached garages. The project also includes a 6,000 SF clubhouse with a 2,000 SF fitness center, and a seven-lane junior Olympic swimming pool and spa.

Provincetowne Apartments

This affordable housing project consists of 11 new buildings: 85 affordable units, a community building and all associated sitework. This project was built under the CHFA's "Green Communities Guidelines", the first national green building program focused entirely on affordable housing. The project incorporated criteria such as recycled building materials, water-conserving appliances and energy efficient mechanical and electrical systems.
