Highmark is a mixed-use, luxury condominium building at the base of the ski area in Steamboat Springs. The six-story, 23-unit mountainside development includes an indoor/outdoor heated pool, fitness center, underground parking, and a first-floor of dedicated retail space. Challenges included record snowfall, a change in ownership, and the projects high-profile nature, but the development exceeded all expectations.
