Alpenglow is a 42,000 SF, mixed-use project located in the heart of Steamboat Springs. The project consisted of three phases: demolition of the existing Nites Rest motel; construction of a 30,000 SF mixed-use building, which includes six retail tenants and 10 living units, along with an 11,000 SF underground parking structure; and finally the construction of a 12,000 SF high-end townhome building that includes six townhomes.

Highmark

Highmark is a mixed-use, luxury condominium building at the base of the ski area in Steamboat Springs. The six-story, 23-unit mountainside development includes an indoor/outdoor heated pool, fitness center, underground parking, and a first-floor of dedicated retail space. Challenges included record snowfall, a change in ownership, and the projects high-profile nature, but the development exceeded all expectations.

Mason Street North

A joint venture between Wonderland Hill Development Company and Wolff Lyon Architects, this 41,000 SF mixed-use development consists of three buildings with underground parking accommodating 21 residential condominiums and numerous commercial tenant spaces.
