These for-sale condominium units were built in three phases and designed with a ‘lodge’ look unique to the Fort Collins housing market. There are a total of 9 buildings, with 12 units in each building. The exteriors are accented with large logs positioned both vertically and horizontally. The façade is a mix of wood and stone. Interiors have large beams and log mantels around the fireplaces. According to Eric Nichols at Re/max Real Estate, “Drahota is setting the standard for condo construction and design. The first phase sold out in almost nine months.” Nichols attributes this to, “…Drahota’s exceedingly high quality personnel and their outstanding project performance.”
