Drahota broke ground in August 2009 on the new, 11,000 sqft, two story Mini Cooper Dealership located at 4055 Byrd Drive in Loveland. The new Mini auto sales dealership will provide sales, service, parts, and accessories.

Construction consists of associated site work and landscaping.  Drilled pier foundations, slab on grade, split & ground faced CMU and steel structure frame, TPO roofing, metal wall panels and stucco veneer, complete finishes, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and electrical systems.  In-ground hoists for service bays and a wash bay, two story parts racking area.

Special features: Black steel and glass-paneled showroom with two stories of cars on display. MINI game room, video displays throughout and bay windows will allow the customers to watch their cars being serviced.
