Drahota completed both the North Court Condominiums and the Wild Sage Co-Housing subdivision in 2004 which are part of the Holiday Neighborhood Subdivision in Boulder, Colorado.

North Court Condominiums consist of 12 buildings totaling 77,000 SF and Wild Sage Co-Housing consists of 34 units and a shared community building which total 58,515 SF. Both of these projects were constructed in compliance with the City of Boulder's Green Points Program. This program emphasizes conservation of natural resources by utilizing recycled materials and recycling materials on-site. Care was taken in every step of the building process to utilize environmentally-friendly materials as well as energy and water-efficient fixtures.
