Skyline Center for Health is a $17 million, 80,000 SF medical building situated at the corner of Highway 34 and Denver Street in Loveland. The center offers a surgery and imaging facility and was built as a joint venture for existing local medical providers in the area. The design/build project consisted of a two-story building including an exterior curved glass curtain wall with a brick and stone façade.

Sundance Professional Centre

The Sundance Professional Centre, a LEED Gold medical office building in Loveland, is a two-story, 20,000 SF dental office building. It is the first LEED Gold medical office building in Loveland and is the new home for the Implant & General Dentistry of Northern Colorado. The building also offers an additional 8,500 SF of commercial space.

Eye Center of Northern Colorado

This Eye Center was originally built by Drahota in 1997. Since then, Drahota has completed two renovations to the building. Both renovations were completed while keeping the facility fully operational during these remodels/renovations. The most recent renovation included an expansion of the office and lab space and the addition of new exam rooms and an additional surgery room for the growing local eye center.
