FORT COLLINS LOCATION

This medical office building, located at 1725 E. Prospect Road in Fort Collins, is now home to opticians and ophthalmologists providing full service eye care, with a special emphasis on laser eye surgery. Included in this project was a state-of-the-art surgery room, eye exam rooms and an optical retail shop. Some features consisted of a unique combination of structural steel and wood roof framing with finishes to include EIFS, natural stone, a tile roof and high grade residential windows. Drahota’s construction team made special provisions on the 2nd floor to ensure that the HVAC units, located on the roof, did not cause any vibrations during laser eye surgery.

Drahota completed construction of a 9,400 square-foot addition for the Eye Center of Northern Colorado in September, 2008. The new addition enhances and expands office and lab space for the growing local eye care center and includes new exam rooms and a surgery room.

They are the industry leaders developing 300+ ASC's, 15+ surgical hospitals and over 1,500 healthcare facilities nation wide.

LOVELAND LOCATION

In August of 2005, Drahota completed the tenant finish for the Eye Center of Northern Colorado located at Skyline Center for Health, 2555 13 th Street in Loveland, Colorado.

With locations in Fort Collins and Windsor, this is the Eye Center's third location and this additional facility is convenient for Loveland area patients offering local access to fellowship trained sub specialists in retina, cornea, oculoplastics and pediatric eye care.
