FORT COLLINS LOCATION
This medical office building is now home to opticians and ophthalmologists providing full service eye care, with a special emphasis on laser eye surgery. Included in this project was a state-of-the-art surgery room, eye exam rooms and an optical retail shop. Some features consisted of a unique combination of structural steel and wood roof framing with finishes to include EIFS, natural stone, a tile roof and high grade residential windows. Drahota’s construction team made special provisions on the 2nd floor to ensure that the HVAC units, located on the roof, did not cause any vibrations during laser eye surgery.
LOVELAND LOCATION
In August of 2005 Drahota completed the tenant finish for the Eye Center of Northern Colorado located at Skyline Center for Health, 2555 13 th Street in Loveland, Colorado.
This is the Eye Center's third location and this additional facility will be convenient for Loveland area patients offering local access to fellowship trained sub specialists in retina, cornea, oculoplastics and pediatric eye care.
One challenge that Project Manager Scott Ranweiler noted was that Drahota was required to “finish quickly, quietly and most importantly cleanly so that other tenants and patients would not be affected.”
