Drahota
began construction in the fall of 2006 for the Village at Steamboat, a $34 million multi-family time
share resort located near Pine Grove Road and Mount Werner
Road in Steamboat Springs. The project consists of four, 3-story residential
buildings that include 142 units totaling 159,000 square-feet. The Village
will also provide underground parking for each building, an
outdoor pool and barbeque area, 2 outdoor spas and 1 enclosed
spa, 1 sport court, and a laundry/maintenance building. Construction
is scheduled to be completed in early 2009. The Drahota team includes Mike Backlund, project director; Kevin Kopasz, on-site project manager; Charles Drahota, superintendent; Ron Mead, assistant superintendent; Mike Rice, assistant superintendent; Jennifer Marsh, project engineer and Julie Haugh, project coordinator.
