Drahota began construction in the fall of 2006 for the Village at Steamboat, a $34 million multi-family time share resort located near Pine Grove Road and Mount Werner Road in Steamboat Springs. The project consists of four, 3-story residential buildings that include 142 units totaling 159,000 square-feet.  The Village will also provide underground parking for each building, an outdoor pool and barbeque area, 2 outdoor spas and 1 enclosed spa, 1 sport court, and a laundry/maintenance building. Construction is scheduled to be completed in early 2009.

The Village at Steamboat is owned by Trendwest Resorts which is a subsidiary of Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the world's largest vacation ownership company.  Through its two primary brands, Wyndham Vacation Resorts and Trendwest Resorts, Wyndham Vacation Ownership is comprised of more than 140 resort properties throughout North America and the South Pacific that represent more than 18,000 fully furnished, condominium-style units and more than 750,000 owners of vacation ownership and other real estate interests.

The design team for this project is Ankrom Moisan of Portland, Oregon. Ankrom Moisan was founded in 1982 by Steward Ankrom and Tom Moisan. Since then, the Ankrom Moisan team has worked steadily under the radar and has built AMAA into one of the largest, busiest and most successful firms in the Northwest.

The Drahota team includes Mike Backlund, project director; Kevin Kopasz, on-site project manager; Charles Drahota, superintendent; Ron Mead, assistant superintendent; Mike Rice, assistant superintendent; Jennifer Marsh, project engineer and Julie Haugh, project coordinator.
