This four-story class A office/bank building in Loveland is occupied by Bank of Colorado, LBN Insurance and Burns Marketing, with additional tenant spaces throughout the building. The project included all site improvements and tenant finishes for each separate tenant.

West Vail Fire Station

This new station is the headquarters for the Vail Fire and Emergency Services. West Vail Fire Station #3 was designed as a single-company facility at approximately 15,000 SF. This two-story building includes a main level and upper level to accommodate the resident firefighter program, three apparatus bay areas, shift quarters for four on-duty firefighters, a dorm to house up to 12 resident firefighters and an administration/training area. The project received LEED Gold certification.

Markley Motors Dealership

Phase I of the project consisted of building a 6,400 SF addition with an interior remodel of 10,000 SF of the existing Honda dealership in Fort Collins. Phase II consisted of an exterior façade remodel of 2,000 SF on the north end of the building. The goal for the project was to minimize the impact on Markley's business operations and keep their existing operations running smoothly. The dealership was able to remain open during construction.
