PROJECT SUMMARY: The project includes building expansion and renovation and site improvements to the Hatfield Chilson Senior/ Recreation Center in Loveland, Colorado. The building was originally constructed in 1987.

Addition/renovation will include:
1. Building additions to house new elements (19,000 sqft)
    a. New leisure pool and building enclosure.
    b. Fitness and dance/ activity room addition.
    c. Gymnastics
2. Interior remodel of existing public spaces and administrative office areas (~27,000 sqft)
3. Mechanical systems upgrade.
4. 160 spaces of new parking area south of the existing parking.
