The Project consists of the renovation to an existing 3-story, 3,450 Square Foot building located at 804 Fremont Street.  A two story, 2,500 square foot addition has been planned.  The building will house the University’s Environment and Natural Resources program.  The existing building will be lightly remodeled with some upgrades to the exterior, heating system, floor materials and lighting.  The new addition requires an ADA restroom, 5 offices and an unfinished basement. 

The project incorporates solar hot water and photovoltaic’s.  Upgrades to the landscape, including ramps, ADA Parking, garden and bicycle racks are included with the remodel.  The project will be LEED certification of Silver or higher
