Drahota has completed construction for the Sundance Professional Centre, a LEED Gold certification, professional office building in Loveland. Sundance is 2-stories, 19,230 square-feet and is located at 2975 Ginnala Drive in Loveland.

Owned by Sundance Professional Centre, LLC (Dr. Ted Mioduski, Jr.), this project is the first LEED Gold building in the Loveland area and is the new home for Mioduski’s Implant & General Dentistry of Northern Colorado and will offer an additional 8,500 square-feet of commercial space that is available for lease through Realtec and Loveland Commercial.

Drahota was recently recognized with the Associated General Contractors of Colorado, Bronze Award of Merit (Award for Construction Excellence) for the Sundance Professional Centre. This award was presented to Drahota for Project of the year, under $5million, Prime Contractor.

As one of the first buildings in northern Colorado (and the very first in Loveland) to achieve LEED Gold certification, the Sundance Professional Centre set a new standard in the region. And Drahota was there paving the way and setting this cutting-edge trend of LEED building. Drahota has built two LEED buildings in Loveland and two in Boulder through 2008.
