This design-build medical office project began in the fall of 2006 and is located on Harney Street and Television Road in Laramie, Wyoming. Owned by a consortium of Laramie physicians (LPWC Holdings, LLC), the 28,530 SF medical office building will accommodate space for the following: women and children's care; specimen collection; general surgery offices; family practice and a urology facility. Construction of the two-story building will be completed in the fall of 2007.
Drahota's project team includes: Joel Hardy, LEED AP, project manager; Pat McCann, superintendent; and Sue Parks, project coordinator. Mountain Peak Medical Park was designed by Vaught*Frye Architects of Fort Collins and the engineers include: Adonai Professional Services; Integrated Mechanical; and JVA, Inc.
