The Lemay Avenue Health and Rehab is a long-term care facility owned by Columbine Health Systems and is the fourth Columbine project that Drahota has completed. The 2-story building is 79,420 SF and includes 131 beds. Some features of this facility are an Alzheimer's wing and bariatric services.
