The Lemay Avenue Health and Rehab is a long-term care facility owned by Columbine Health Systems and is the fourth Columbine project that Drahota will complete. The 2-story building will be 79,420 SF and will include 131 beds. Some features of this facility are an Alzheimer's wing and bariatric services.

The project began in February of 2006 and is to be completed in the fall of 2007. The Drahota project team includes: Doug McCarthy, senior project manager; Sarah Bucholt, project manager; Charlie Takacs, superintendent; Brent Fankhauser, assistant superintendent; Brad McDanald, field engineer; Ryan Carlson, field intern; and Patty Williams, project coordinator.
