DRAHOTA TAPPED FOR HIGHLAND PARK APARTMENT PROJECT

Denver, CO (April 21, 2011) – Drahota announces it has been selected by Heitler Development, Inc. as the general contractor to oversee the Highland Park apartment project in Denver. The urban infill project includes 126 rental units, anchored by CorePower Yoga's headquarters. Drahota will manage the construction of a the four-story, mixed-use building with 115 one- and two-bedroom units, 11 studio units, as well as a yoga school with two yoga studios with a goal of LEED Platinum rating. The development is located at Zuni Street and Caithness Place, between West 29th and 32 Avenues in the Highlands neighborhood. The project is scheduled for completion next winter.
