Fort Collins, CO (July 28, 2011) – Drahota announces it has been selected as the general contractor to oversee three new developments throughout Colorado. Drahota was chosen by Milestone Development Company, Inc. and Kaplan Company, Inc. to manage the construction of the Presidio Apartments, a 240-unit apartment complex, part of the Presidio Development Project, an 85-acre mixed-use residential and commercial development in Fort Collins. Drahota is working with Parker RE, LLC on the construction of the Parker Skilled Nursing Home, a three-story, 67,000 square foot skilled nursing facility in Parker. Drahota has also been selected by Macy Development Company to oversee construction of the AltaVita Memory Care Center in Longmont, the first living community in Northern Colorado designed to cater exclusively to Alzheimer's, dementia and memory care needs.
