Parker, CO (September 13, 2011) – Drahota and Parker Rehabilitation & Living Center announce the official groundbreaking of the new facility, which will serve as the first skilled nursing facility in Parker, CO. Drahota is overseeing the construction of the property, a 67,000-square foot, three-story development located at 9398 Crown Crest Boulevard.

The Parker Rehabilitation & Living Center has been designed to accommodate both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care needs. Located adjacent to the Parker Adventist Hospital, the nursing facility will accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. The Parker Rehabilitation & Living Center will be Apex Healthcare Solutions, LLC second facility in Colorado.
