Terry L. Drahota
President / CEO & Founder
Terry is the President, CEO and founder of Drahota. Since he opened the doors for business in 1973, Terry has provided general management and leadership for the company -- from financial planning and performance development to strategic growth initiatives. He oversees project estimating and field activities for ongoing projects to ensure quality, consistency and overall client satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor of Science, Finance, Colorado State University
Joe Jones
Director of Operations
Joe oversees operations for the Drahota organization, including the delivery of all phases of construction and supervision of project teams. He is responsible for general project management maintaining costs and schedules on all projects.
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration / Marketing - University of North Texas

Bob Fluck
General Superintendent
Bob supervises all field personnel and coordinates field activities on behalf of Drahota, including job scheduling, materials, labor and safety. He is also responsible for maintaining communication among the project team.
Education: Industrial and Business Management, Aims Community College
Ruth Seiler
Controller
As Controller, Ruth oversees the company's finances. Her primary responsibilities include project and general accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis. Ruth brings over 30 years of management, finance and accounting experience to Drahota. Previously, Ruth served as Controller and Financial Partner for First National Bank.
